    Remote Learning Contingency Plan

In the event of a whole school closure our school will make continuing provision in the following ways:

    • Children will be taught online via pre-recorded video lessons on the Video Centre accessed through the school website. This provision will be supplemented with additional work set via the Home Learning pages on the School Website and additional work packs printed and sent home. Additional links to the Oak National Academy curriculum and White Rose Curriculum are available.
    • Families who are unable to access suitable technology will receive support from the school to access a borrowed device.
    • Prepared work packs at school, available to be picked up or sent home.
    • All online learning and teaching will be carried out in accordance with the updated OLQOH Safeguarding policy.

If a suitable device cannot be collected or access to the school is limited, a learning pack will be delivered to the family home. Weekly phone calls will be arranged to support children’s learning and to monitor their wellbeing.
