We can accept applications for Reception Class 2019 once the admissions cycle opens, in September 2018. Parents must apply for a place online, via their local authority website. For the vast majority of our applicants this will be via the West Sussex County Council website. Applications must be received by the closing date, 15 January 2019. Late applications are considered after all the other applications, parents must apply on time!
As a Catholic school we also have a Supplementary Information Form (SIF). We recommend that all applicants use this form, it is particularly important for those parents who wish to inform us of additional information which will help us to prioritise their application. We can send a copy to you or you can download it below.

In Year Admissions
The oversubscription criteria in the admissions policy will also apply to applications made outside the normal age of entry to primary education (Reception Year) i.e. succeeding years or during the academic year.
Parents are advised to contact Mrs Hallard, the School Secretary, for information about available places. Year groups are usually full with waiting lists but places do become available, on occasion. Please remember that waiting lists change all the time as when a place becomes available all applicants for that year group are considered against the schools admissions policy and criteria. To apply for a place in our current classes, please complete the School's Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and also complete an In Year Application Form which is available from West Sussex County Council Admissions.
