As a Catholic school it is very important to us that we support our children holistically. We run Rainbows groups in school.
RAINBOWS BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GREAT BRITAIN is a well respected national charity having a proven, positive impact on the lives of children, young people and adults grieving a significant and often devastating loss in their lives.
The work of Rainbows is tried, tested, researched, monitored and evaluated. We know the impact of our work is long-lasting and has a tangible impact on people's lives.
Our vision is quite simply for every child and young person in every school in Great Britain, grieving a significant and often devastating loss in their lives, to be understood and supported appropriately.

We support children who are experiencing a sense of loss. This loss can be through death, divorce, separation from a loved one. Our groups are co-ordinated by Miss Kelly, the Learning Mentor. Mrs Sawyer, Mrs Alfieri and Mrs Peppard work with her to run the group. For children that have experienced greater difficulty we can offer individual learning mentor sessions.
