Admissions Arrangements for Reception Class 2022/23

The application round for Reception Classes for September 2024 is now open.  You can apply to OLQOH by printing and completing the Application Form (SIF) which is at the bottom of this page.  Alternatively you can complete the OLQOH SIF online by clicking here Supplementary Information Form 2024 / 25

Please remember that as well as applying to OLQOH directly, Parents & Carers must also apply to WSCC, please.  

Late applications will not be considered after 15/1/24, but we can accept applications for our waiting list.

Timetable for Reception Class Appeals 2023/24

Parents who have applied for a place in the current admission round will be notified of the decision by the County Council around 16 April 2024. Parents refused a school place for their child at OLQOH who wish to appeal against the decision must do so before 20th May 2024. WSCC will notify parents of an appeal hearing date within ten days of receiving an appeal request. An appeal will be heard within 40 school days of the appeal closing date and will be heard before 20 July 2024.

Admissions Arrangements for Reception Class 2024/25
 

As a Catholic school we also have a Supplementary Information Form (SIF).  All applicants are asked to use this form, and it is particularly important for those parents who wish to inform us of additional information which will help us to prioritise their application.  We can send a copy to you or you can download it below.

The Application Form for Admissions in 2024/25, together with our determined Admissions Policy can be found at the bottom of this page.  Paper copies of these documents are available from the School Office.

Parents & Carers must also apply for a place at OLQOH online, via the local authority website.  All applications must be received by the 15th of January 2024. Late applications are considered after all the other applications.

Parents & Carers will be advised of their child's school placement by WSCC in April 2024.
