Admissions Arrangements for Reception Class 2020/21
As a Catholic school we also have a Supplementary Information Form (SIF). All applicants are asked to use this form, and it is particularly important for those parents who wish to inform us of additional information which will help us to prioritise their application. We can send a copy to you or you can download it below.
The Application Form for Admissions in 2020-21, together with our determined Admissions Policy can be found at the bottom of this page. Paper copies of these documents are available from the School Office.
Parents & Carers must also apply for a place at OLQOH online, via the local authority website. All applications must be received by the 15th of January 2020. Late applications are considered after all the other applications.
Parents & Carers will be advised of their child's school placement by WSCC in April 2020.
